- Account details: name, email address, and organization information.
- WhatsApp Business Account data: WABA ID, phone number IDs, and business name obtained via Meta's Embedded Signup.
- Message data: WhatsApp messages sent and received through the platform on your behalf.
- Call data: call logs, durations, and outcomes from VoIP sessions.
- CRM data: contacts, deals, tasks, and notes you create inside Leadcues.
- Usage data: browser type, IP address, and pages visited for security and analytics.
How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is used to deliver and improve our services, process payments, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Specifically:
- To operate and maintain the Leadcues platform.
- To connect your WhatsApp Business Account and send/receive messages on your behalf via Meta's API.
- To enable VoIP calling through our telephony provider.
- To authenticate users and manage organization access.
- To process payments via Razorpay.
- To improve platform performance and resolve issues.
Meta Platform Data
Leadcues integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, we receive and store your WABA ID, phone number IDs, business name, and access tokens. This data is used solely to operate WhatsApp messaging features within Leadcues. We do not sell or share this data with third parties except as required to operate the service. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers who may process your data on our behalf. These providers handle your data in accordance with their own privacy and security policies:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
- Vercel — hosting and deployment.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Telnyx — VoIP and telephony services.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Meta — WhatsApp Business API integration.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Cookies
Leadcues uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information in accordance with applicable law. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@leadcues.pro. We will respond within 30 days.
